As of Jan.1st 2025, Registered Clinical Counselling Services are GST exempt!
Fees are set in accordance with the BCACC rate guidelines and apply to a 50-minute session.
Receipts are provided with all necessary information for extended health insurance reimbursement.

Couples Counselling
NuVue Counselling uses TELUS eClaims for direct billing.
NuVue Counselling will provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement via your extended health benefits provider if your insurance provider does not use TELUS eClaims. Many extended health benefit programs may cover a portion, or potentially the entirety, of counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia and other provinces. A brief consultation with your benefits provider can clarify whether your plan encompasses the services of an RCC.
